Morning Training
Start your day with a transformative experience in our Morning Class Acting Program! This dynamic training is designed to sharpen your skills and elevate your craft. Weekly, students will participate in an intensive acting class, complemented by two elective courses tailored to enhance your versatility, as well offering weekly Masterclasses taught by a varied group of industry professionals.
ACTING CLASSES
Morning Acting
Students will be placed in acting classes that will offer them an opportunity to be challenged and train along with students of similar age and experience. These classes will trian our young actors in the fundamental principles of “objectives” and “tactics”, as well as introducing styles, script analysis, and performance techniques (diction, projection, collabortion). All acting classes will be working towards an ensemble based showcase to be presented at the end of the program.

Conservatory Production Workshop
Lets get on the stage and learn by doing! The experience of attending rehearsals and working together to create a theatrical experience. By working and rehearsing as a cast and ensemble, our students will rehearse and perform in a fully rehearsed and produced full length play, with all the experiences involved: auditioning, rehearsals, script work, tech rehearsals, all culminating in performances before a live audience.
Productions will vary from summer to summer, but will often explore styles that will give students the best opportunities to learn.
SHAKESPEARE
Explore the Comedies, Tragedies, and Histories of William Shakespeare while bringing these classic plays into the modern era.
CLASSICS
By exploring more recent classics we bring a deeper understanding to works that are often studied in classrooms by bringing them to life with the truth of the human experience.
NEW WORKS
What is your story? Work with an ensemble to bring a new theatrical experience to the stage. All while guided by experienced theatrical artists.
Directing
This summer, don’t miss the opportunity to explore the art of directing in our exclusive Directing Program! Under the expert guidance of Scott Denison—a nationally renowned director with experience across the United States and on tour—you’ll gain hands-on experience in scene direction. Students will direct their own scenes while collaborating with costumers and designers to bring their vision to life. Additionally, you’ll step into the spotlight as an actor in two scenes directed by your peers. It’s an unparalleled chance to grow as both a director and performer in a supportive, creative environment!
