Jennifer Perry has been teaching Ballet and Theatre classes for over 25 years. She was lucky to have studied and trained with her grandmother, Lareen Fender at The Ballet School. She also studied with Joffrey Ballet in New York, and with David Howard at his studio in New York City. Jennifer feels blessed to have been able to travel with her Grandmother Lareen, and view many master teachers all over. Including the great Maggie Black, Robert Denver, Richard England and Robert Joffrey.

Through her love of dance she also fell in love with the Theatre! She has won several Shellie Awards and Bay Area Theatre Critic Circle Awards for her Direction, Choreography and Actress in a Musical. Jennifer has been recognized by the Arts Endowment Foundation for her service in the arts. In 2017 was honored by Diablo Magazine as a recipient of the 40 under 40 people of the year to watch. She was recognized by Diablo Magazine 2019 as a featured Dedicated Dynamic Woman.

Jennifer is a director, choreographer and casting director. She works with Center REP and Contra Costa Musical Theatre who perform at the Lesher Center for the Arts. Jennifer is the Casting Director for Center REPertory Company the Resident Professional Theatre Company of the Lesher Center for the Arts

Jennifer is a proud member of Fantasy Forum Actor’s Ensemble and is thrilled to be going into her 24th year of teaching for one of the top Acting Training programs in the country, Center REP’s Young REP Acting Training Program, where she serves as co-director of the Musical Theatre Program.

Jennifer produces Fantasy Forum Actors Ensemble which is celebrating it’s 50th Season! She serves on the board for Fantasy Forum Actors Ensemble as well as the on the board for the Walnut Creek Downtown Business Association.
Jennifer is happily married to her wonderful husband Vince and is a proud Mom to her beautiful daughters Grace and Sadie. Jennifer was lucky enough to be born into a wonderful family who shares in the passion of Dance, Music and Theatre Arts! Live. Joy. Create. Hope!
