There is no specific Dress Code for this class. You are welcome to bring a mat or you can borrow a mat from us. New Student $25 registration fee is only paid the first time a 10 Class Punch Card is purchased. These classes are dedicated to those that want great quality exercise and training in their life. These friendly classes have the philosophy, “Come when you can, and as much you want!” We look forward to seeing you in class.

Based on the classic mat exercises of Joseph Pilates, this fast paced strengthening and conditioning class will leave you feeling rejuvenated and connected in both mind and body. You will be guided through a powerful total body workout. Whether you enjoy hiking, swimming, dancing, running, golf, yoga, cycling or cross training, Pilates is the perfect compliment to any other form of exercise. Get ready to plank it out!
Pilates is known for preparing and conditioning the body by using a series of exercises that will increase strength, control, flexibility and balance. Some describe Pilates as insurance for the body. The Pilates Reformer creates overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance within the mind and body. Using a moving carriage and your own body weight, each exercise is supported by using straps, cables, bars and pulleys.
